INGREDIENTS

80 g bread, cut into pieces (3 cm)

80 g parmesan cheese, cut into cubes

500 g chicken breast fillets, skinless cut into chunks

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

Dash of black pepper

2 eggs, lightly beaten

50 g plain flour

METHOD

  1. Place bread into mixing bowl to blend 10 sec Speed 8. Set aside.
  2. Place parmesan cheese into mixing bowl to chop 10 sec Speed 8. Mix well together with breadcrumbs.
  3. Place chicken breast, garlic powder, salt and black pepper  into mixing bowl to mince 10 sec Speed 8. Set aside.
  4. Lightly beat eggs in a clean bowl. Place plain flour in a separate bowl.
    Roll and flatten one tablespoon of minced chicken, lightly coat with flour, beaten egg and roll each piece in breadcrumbs.Repeat the steps for remaining ingredients.
