INGREDIENTS
500 g pork ribs, chopped into bite-sized pieces (4-5 cm)
2 tsp corn flour
30 g yellow capsicum, cut into triangles
30 g green capsicum, cut into triangles
30 g red capsicum, cut into triangles
1 big red onion, cut into small wedges & separated
SAUCE
20 g plum sauce
70 g tomato sauce
10 g chili sauce
10 g white rice vinegar/japanese sake
100 g water
20 g rock sugar
METHOD
- Marinate pork ribs with corn flour for 30 min.
- Place pork ribs and sauces into mixing bowl, cook 26 min 120°C Reverse Speed Slow Stir.
- Add onions and capsicums, cook 3 min 30 sec 120°C Reverse Speed Slow Stir.
