500 g pork ribs, chopped into bite size pieces
300 g pineapple, cut into cubes
1 tbsp corn flour
5 g light soy sauce


30 g tomato sauce
20 g plum sauce
10 g Worcestershire sauce
10 g white rice vinegar
30 g rock sugar
5 g dark soy sauce
50 g water


1. Marinade pork ribs with corn flour and light soy sauce for 30 min.

2. Place marinated pork ribs and sauces into the mixing bowl and cook for 20 min
120°C Reverse Speed Slow Stir.

3. Add pineapples and cook 10 min 120°C Reverse Speed Slow Stir.
