INGREDIENTS
500 g frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
50 g raw cane sugar
120 g whipping cream
METHOD
- Place raw cane sugar into mixing bowl and mill 15 sec Speed 10.
- Add frozen berries and crush 20 sec Speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add whipping cream and blend 40 sec Speed 5 with aid of spatula, moving clockwise and anticlockwise. Transfer ice cream into a freezable container.
- Place the ice cream in the freezer for an hour before serving.
Tip: For a smoother texture, freeze ice cream till it is firm and repeat step 2.
Variation: Freeze any fruits into small cubes to use in recipe.
