50 g raw cane sugar
170 g bananas (approx. 3 bananas, ripe
130 g unsalted butter, cut into cubes, softened room temperate
200 g self raising flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
7 cupcake cases (diameter 5cm)
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease muffin tray.
- Place sugar, butter, flour, egg and vanilla extract into mixing bowl to mix 20 sec/Speed 5.
- Place batter ¾ of muffin tray and bake 20 to 25 min.
Add 100 g of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips after Step 2 and mix 5 sec/Speed 4.
