INGREDIENTS

50 g raw cane sugar

170 g bananas (approx. 3 bananas, ripe

130 g unsalted butter, cut into cubes, softened room temperate

200 g self raising flour

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Useful Item

7 cupcake cases (diameter 5cm)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease muffin tray.
  2. Place sugar, banana, butter, flour, egg and vanilla extract into mixing bowl to mix 20 sec/Speed 5.
  3. Place batter ¾ of muffin tray and bake 20 to 25  min.


Variation:

Add 100 g of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips after Step 2 and mix 5 sec/Speed 4.
