300 g free range chicken

250 g brown onion

150 g potato, cut into halves

100 g tomato, cut into quarters

100 g carrot, peeled & cut into 2 inches length

1100 g water

5-10 pieces white peppercorn, crushed

1 slice old ginger

Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 60 min 100°C Reverse Speed Slow Stir.
